The Studio
T. & A. s.r.l. (Tecnologia & Architettura) is an engineering firm that has been operating both nationally and internationally since 1984.
T. & A. s.r.l. specializes not only in design but also in the coordination and management of design and management of private and public projects, including through the assumption of concession contracts by public entities or project management assignments by private entities. Its technical structure ensures timely and prompt definition of the required design elements and provides qualified project management and support services.
The Team
T. & A. s.r.l. operates mainly in the field of services to Public Administrations, Public Bodies, General Construction Companies and financial groups operating in the real estate sector.
Specifically, it has acquired extensive experience in the redevelopment and transformation of abandoned urban areas and their urban and building redevelopment, including through the use of innovative financial and management methodologies such as Urban Transformation Companies (STUs), project financing, and concessions.
In the field of special works, T. & A. s.r.l. has managed the preliminary, final, and executive design for redevelopment and new design for RFI since 2015, acting as the professional appointed by the company awarded the Quality Assurance (AQ) from 2014 to 2017. In the field of healthcare design, it has designed interventions for the railway healthcare service and is currently implementing numerous hospital upgrades to address the COVID emergency, having won the tender for the provinces of Catania, Lecce, and Perugia.
T. & A. s.r.l. Since 2018, it has been structured, based on courses attended and software available, to carry out BIM designs with the related application software from the design phase to that of estimates, safety, maintenance, etc.

Infrastructure
Development of complex infrastructure projects, with expertise ranging from roads to urban development, ensuring efficiency, durability, and integration with the local area.
Tenders
Coordinated management for support and participation in tenders, including integrated procurement, including the preparation of improvement proposals, cost and quality assessments, and administrative documentation.
Healthcare Construction
Design of healthcare and social care facilities in compliance with current regulations, with particular attention to the functionality of the spaces and the safety and well-being of users.
