Project
A study has been developed for a project that presents highly innovative characteristics within the local, and perhaps regional, tourism and real estate landscape.
The aim is to offer a product that integrates the various types of tourism offerings, is innovative compared to the existing offerings in the area, and draws on international experience. It is also open to use by other users of the area, acting as a revitalization tool for the entire area.
The identified goal is to create a range of services that are common to both residential and hospitality users. This will ensure greater quality and flexibility of the offering and, through cost-sharing among an adequate number of users, ensure the economic viability of this service, which can also be used by residents in the surrounding area or guests of other hospitality or residential tourist facilities.
Regarding hospitality, a broader offering has also been envisioned, including both traditional hotels and hotel-based tourist residences.
